Mark Regan has been the Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution since 2001. He spent six years prior to this in a larger commercial law firm. He is also admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.

Over those sixteen years, he has acted in several high profile cases with very successful outcomes for both Plaintiff and Defendant clients. He is very alert to the requirements of this Court and has extensive experience in all of the Courts in Ireland.

Marks experience in the litigation and dispute resolution of all areas of commercial and working life is extensive. He has been described as highly approachable and welcoming of all enquiries. He dispenses sensible, solution centered and cost effective advice to all his clients. Mark welcomes calls and emails for prelimanary discussion and consideration. He runs a very efficent and established team in his Department.

Since 2008, Mark is accredited as a mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in London . He has worked on many mediations since with very succesful outcomes for his clients and the participants. He is available to advise, represent or act as a mediator.

Mark lives in Dublin City and has a young family. He is a sports fanatic particularly team sports. He enjoys running, cycling and mountain biking.
