Milan is a Senior Partner in the firm. Milan joined the firm in 2004. Milan graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He then went on to train as a Solicitor and qualified in Dublin in 1995. Having a degree in management science, Milan has in depth knowledge of how businesses are run both from a commercial and legal perspective.
Milan practises primarily in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law. He advises clients on the structuring, sale and continuing operation of a range of businesses, from small and medium enterprises through to national and multinational corporations.
He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, qualifying transactions, as well as capital alterations and the preparation of documentation for related transactions. He also frequently advises clients on corporate governance matters, compliance, and reporting obligations.

His extensive client base includes companies in the retail, entertainment, food and beverage, manufacturing, professional services and technology sectors.
Milan also advises clients in relation to commercial litigation and he has represented clients at all levels of Courts in Ireland. In addition to corporate and commercial law, Milan maintains an ancillary practice in Commercial Property and Banking and Insolvency.
Milan is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the British Irish Chamber of Commerce. He also speaks fluent German.
